We are open from Monday to Friday 8:30am until 6:00pm and Saturdays 9am until 2pm. An answer phone operates outside of these hours.

We offer fast delivery, direct to your door, usually within a few days of receiving your order, but please allow up to 28 days.

If, within 30 days, you're not completely happy with your Oreck^®, just call us to arrange collection and a full refund.

We offer a complete after sales service. So if you need extra bags or other items just contact us and tell us what you need. We will arrange for these to be sent directly to your home.

Once you've received your new Oreck^® we are confident it will give you trouble-free usage year after year. However, should you have any problems, or simply need advice, you'll find our after sales service department both friendly and helpful.
